Globe Mergers acts solely as a booking intermediary for car rental services. We do not own, lease, maintain, or operate vehicles. All rentals are provided by independent third-party suppliers, and your rental agreement is entered directly with the selected car rental provider.
3. Reservation Process
Customers must ensure that all booking details provided are accurate and complete. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will receive booking details including pickup location, rental period, vehicle category, pricing, and supplier-specific policies. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to booking cancellation or refusal at pickup.
4. Rates, Taxes & Additional Charges
Rental prices are determined by car rental suppliers and may vary based on vehicle class, location, rental duration, and availability. Additional charges such as government taxes, local surcharges, deposits, service fees, or optional add-ons may apply. All mandatory charges are disclosed before booking confirmation.
5. Payments & Deposits
Payment requirements depend on the supplier’s policies. Some rentals may require partial or full payment in advance, as well as a refundable security deposit at vehicle pickup. Payment transactions are processed through secure systems, and payment card details are handled in accordance with industry security standards.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, modification, and refund rules vary by supplier and booking type. Some reservations may qualify for free cancellation within a specified timeframe, while late cancellations, changes, or no-shows may incur penalties or be non-refundable. Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
7. Driver Obligations
Renters must hold a valid driver’s license, meet age and qualification requirements, and comply with all supplier rules. The renter is responsible for traffic violations, toll charges, fuel costs, damages, fines, and any expenses incurred during the rental period.
8. Proper Vehicle Use
Rental vehicles must be operated lawfully and responsibly. Unauthorized drivers, off-road driving, prohibited usage, illegal activities, or travel outside approved regions may void insurance coverage and result in additional charges or penalties.
9. Website Content & Ownership
All website content, including text, graphics, layout, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Globe Mergers . Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without written consent.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for vehicle condition, performance, breakdowns, delays, accidents, or acts or omissions of car rental suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us, if applicable.
11. Insurance & Coverage
Insurance offerings and coverage levels differ by supplier and location. Optional protection products may be offered during booking or at pickup. Customers are advised to review coverage details carefully and arrange additional protection if required.
12. Amendments to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or car rental services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
